Getting Started
If you are interested in receiving services from Autism and Behavior Services:
- Fill out the initial intake application (/media/AA/AB/autismbehaviorservices-org/downloads/2568/ABS_inital_intake_application.doc) and mail it to: 3309 Cummings HWY, Suite E-1, Chattanooga, TN 37419
- Mail the initial intake application.
- One of our staff members will contact you within a week to set-up a tour of our facilities.
- You will come tour our facilities. During the tour, your will be given our intake packet.
- Once you fill out the intake packet, mail it back to the clinic a the above address, then a staff member will contact you to set up an intake interview
